It was a day to regroup for our Valley DCC B3, who were downed by WPC B3 in one to put behind us.
WPC B3 batted first and put 9/154 on the board from 35 overs. Credit to Jason Slade, who made a half-century (56) for our opponents. Pamod Thinura Jayasekara Liyana patabendige picked up two for 17 off seven overs.
In reply, the team were all out for 58 in 21.1 overs. Navid Muttaqui returned four for 15 for the hosts.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
We'll go again.
