It was a disappointing outing for our VDCC Girls Stage 2 Ginger, who were unable to get the better of VDCC Girls Stage 2 Bourke on a frustrating day.
With the bat first up, we compiled 5/98 from 20 overs. Imogen Child played a classy hand of 41 off 32 balls.
VDCC Girls Stage 2 Bourke knocked off the runs, finishing on 3/99 in 14.3 overs. Aaliyah Kreinberg made 32 for the hosts. Elise Farrugia starred with the ball, taking two for 26.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again.
We'll go again.
