It was a disappointing outing for our VDCC Girls Stage 2 Ginger, who fell short against BULLS Stage 2 Girls in BNJCA Competition.
BULLS Stage 2 Girls set the target, making 3/136 from 20 overs. Our opponents' best was a half-century from Yahvi Singh Bisht, who made 65 not out.
In reply, we finished on 66 from 17.1 overs. Zoe Dellit made a valuable 16 off 30 balls. Brianna Ryan was the best of the hosts' bowlers, finishing with three for 11.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again. We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon. The girls will be keen to bounce back.
