Our Valley DCC C3 had plenty to celebrate after they had the measure of Northern Lions Gladiators in QSDCA Competitions action.
Northern Lions Gladiators made 198, and we made 10/237. Rishab Naik was the star with the bat, compiling a terrific 107 off 201 balls with eight fours and three sixes. Damien Levett's 60 off 112 balls was a half-century to remember. Mithun Iranga was the best of the visitors' bowlers, finishing with four for 65.
Thomas Arthur was the pick of the bowlers, taking four for 29 off 15.3 overs. Our opponents' best with the bat was Nirosh Fernando, who made 32.
We've now won ten in a row. Great work, everyone.
