There was plenty to celebrate as our Valley BMC - Div 3 overcame Caboolture Snakes U17 BMC at home.
We ended on 8/289 and Caboolture Snakes U17 BMC on 7/228. Noah Robinson made a classy 66 for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century. Our best with the ball was Ashish Foulger, who took two for 21.
Luca Read passed fifty on the way to 60 off 40 balls with ten fours and one six. Pranaviyer Pradeep made a superb 50 off 54 balls, a well-made fifty. Ethan Bester played a handy knock of 40. Aydan Kelly bowled well for the visitors, taking four for 56.
It was a great all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up.
Thanks to our opponents for the contest.
