There was no joy for our Valley DCC C1, who lost to Coorparoo C1 away from home.
Batting first, the group were all out for 94 in 28.5 overs. Karl Noronha's 19 off 30 balls was the highlight with the bat. Steven Pidcock claimed three for 1 for Coorparoo C1.
The hosts knocked off the runs, finishing on 6/95 in 16.2 overs. Credit to Toryn LEE, who made 30 for our opponents. With the ball, Noronha did the damage, claiming three for 17 off five overs.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with. Well played to the hosts.
