It was a satisfying day for our Valley Districts B2, who knocked over Bne Saints B2 by nine wickets on Saturday.
Bne Saints B2 batted first and made 87 from 26.2 overs. Our best with the ball was ABHINANDAN JAIN, who took four for 10. Francis Heenan chipped in with two for 26.
In reply, the group reached the target at 1/90 in 16.4 overs. Hayden Gripske's 43 off 55 balls was the highlight with the bat. There were also handy runs from Paul Hanssens (23).
The work with the ball set up the win. That's a third straight win.
Great work, everyone.
