It was a satisfying day for our Valley KFC T20 Max, who were too good for Ipswich KFC T20 Max thanks to Mikayla Hinkley's 84.
We posted 3/183, and Ipswich KFC T20 Max 10/99. Credit to Kate Anderson, who made 48 for our opponents. Grace Abdy tore through the batting order, taking six for 6. Bonnie Berry added two for 28.
A classy 84 not out off 63 balls from Mikayla Hinkley was the highlight. Lucinda Bourke's 65 off 44 balls was a half-century to remember.
It was a brilliant all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up. We've now seen off five sides in a row.
Congratulations to all involved.
